Take every opportunity to earn college credits. Your time is more valuable now. Stay competitive.

There are many more schools available now.  Too much time away from the unit spent in schools can hurt you.

This becomes increasingly more important as you continue to progress. Make sure it matches your NCOERS.

Study, prepare your uniform,  know unit procedures, know Army programs & how it applies. Know the standard.
