PCS season no matter which branch can be a scary time, especially with so many questions left unanswered. Having lived the Military life style as an AF Wife for 10 years now I've come to understand that what we as spouses feel are important questions far differ from that of our active duty partners. This page is for all the "little things" in the hopes of giving out peace of mind no matter which location your headed to next!
There will be Albums dedicated to "real" housing photos (hopefully) worldwide, not the floor plan photos given on the military websites, to do this I am hoping spouses like myself will be willing to part with a few snapshots of your house indoors or out to give others an idea of what they are getting into, I know housing is the BIGGEST concern for many families...
The wall will be a place to ask questions and voice concerns, but please keep your opinions peaceful and respectful, we are all entitled to our own opinions. All links for rental homes or homes for sale will be deleted.
Any photos can be emailed direct to movinghousems@yahoo.com and will be added to the correct album, please don't forget to state which base it is, where, housing on or off base (ALL GOVERNMENT) and housing area (I know many bases are divided into many areas). Questions regarding government housing may also be emailed and will be posted in order of which they were received. Any questions that are not about government housing will not be posted.
