Custom home is where the military sends us family plaques for yourself or someone you know. Recognize outstanding individuals for their hard work and effort. Size, stain, and finish may vary slightly. Text, logos, and pictures will be laser engraved in black and white printing format. Images not in our collection must be provided in black and white format to soldiersspot@diywithchris.com.

Return Policy and Contact Information
This order will be placed in queue after payment and communication are final for customization and/or assembly. The project will begin 3-5 business days after communication is complete. Delivery will be arranged after completion of the order usually within 5-7 business days. Orders of 3 or more parts will take 7+ business days to complete. These projects are made to order please be patient with our team.
Customized orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Mockup images will be sent to the email or phone number on file for approval before the project begins. If there are any issues with your order, communicate them by contacting us at soldiersspot@diywithchris.com before the project begins.
