Return Policy

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The Soldier's Spot is a print-on-demand company that uses internal or outsourced services. This means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by email and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Custom .75" x 11.25" x 32" military gift plaque for special people and events. This plaque includes engraven wooden badges overlayed on the selected material type. Additional commercial badges, name plates, ribbons, coins, and rank may be added to the plaque for an additional fee with a separate invoice. Recognize outstanding individuals for their hard work and effort. Size and finish may vary slightly. Text, logos, and pictures will be laser engraved in black and white printing format. Images not in our collection must be provided in black and white format to our team.

Once the order has been placed, we will establish communication to finalize order details regarding layout, images, text, and material. It is important to monitor messages frequently in order to stay on track with the estimated shipping timeline. Mockup images will be provided for approval before engraving begins. Once engraving has started, no returns or refunds will be accepted. 

If details have not been provided and approved within one week, the order will be cancelled and refunded. 

The Soldier's Spot is a small business owned and operated by an active-duty service member. Your support is greatly appreciated and allows us to continue to make updates and provide helpful tools for leaders.

  • Return Policy

    This order will be placed in queue after payment and communication are final for customization and/or assembly. The project will begin 3-5 business days after communication is complete. Delivery will be arranged after completion of the order usually within 7-10 business days. Orders of 2 or more will take 10+ business days to complete. 

    Customized orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Mockup images will be sent to the email or phone number on file for approval before the project begins. If there are any issues with your order, communicate them by contacting us at soldiersspot@diywithchris.com before the project begins. Once the custom work begins, the DIY with Chris team will do our best to accommodate issues that may arise. Thank you for your time and business. Have a great day!
